Planner Based East London Hybrid working £18.60per hour The planners work in shifts over and between the hours of 7am and 8pm Monday to Friday. Our customers and residents are at the heart of everything we do and as a member of the Direct Maintenance Team, it is vital that you have the passion for great customer service. With the ability and willingness to deliver excellence to both internal and external customers every time. They will be responsible for coordinating the planning and scheduling of the Direct Maintenance Technicians within reactive repairs We are looking for: · Ability to work under pressure in an ever-changing environment and be able to adapt and prioritise · Excellent administration skills and be computer literate - DRS/Opti-time experience is desirable. · Clear ability to communicate both verbally and written. · Repairs and Maintenance knowledge is essential as well as front line Customer Service experience
