Job Description We are currently recruiting for Bakery Staff, pay rate is £13.05 per hour (starting rate) +£1 nightshift allowance per hour. You will have the opportunity to increase the rate, as you develop and become more multi-skilled and competent across sections in the factory. Roles Available At Genesis, our bakery is made up of several specialist areas, all working together as one team to produce high-quality products for our customers. Every department plays a vital role in the production process and contributes to our success. Bakery Our Bakery team is responsible for receiving raw materials, accurately weighing ingredients, and preparing mixes ready for production. Packing Our Packing team wraps, labels, and boxes finished products ready for dispatch. Working with both leading retail brands and our popular Genesis range, this role requires attention to detail, good hand-eye coordination, and careful product handling to ensure every item reaches customers in excellent condition. Salary £13.05 per hour (starting rate) +£1 nightshift allowance per hour Night Shift Bakery Pattern Sunday to Thursday start time 6pm, 7pm OR 9pm Bakery/Ovens/Machines Day Shift Finishing Pattern Monday - Friday various start times 4am/5am/6am/7am/8am - Finishing Day Shift Packing Pattern Monday - Friday start time 7am or 8am Day Shift Hygiene Pattern Monday - Friday start time 10am or 2pm We Offer You the opportunity to increase your rate of pay as you develop and become more multi-skilled and competent across sections in the bakery.
