We’re looking for an Assistant Manager in with hospitality or food retail management experience (restaurant, fast-casual, café, grab-and-go, or takeaway is ideal) who’s hands-on, organised, and loves leading a team. You’ll keep the store running smoothly, motivate your team, and create amazing customer experiences every day. If you’re positive, energetic, and passionate about fresh food, this is your chance to help our store deliver top-notch service, grow sales, and make Honi Poke the go-to fast-casual spot. Key Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager with daily store operations.
• Keep service fast, friendly, and efficient in a busy takeaway environment.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service.
• Lead, motivate, and develop your team to deliver excellence every day.
• Drive sales, operational performance, and efficiency.
• Create a positive, fun, and supportive store culture built on teamwork and respect.
