Accounts Administrator

This is an exciting chance to contribute to a company on the rise. Responsibilities: Recording incoming payments from tenants. Preparing and issuing invoices to tenants. Processing client account statements. Handling outbound payments to clients and contractors. Managing tenant bond payment administration. Setting up new tenants and archiving former tenant records. Coordinating with fee earners to ensure the efficient management of client account processes. Updating and maintaining the accounts database with accuracy. Conducting daily bank reconciliations with the accounts database. Preparing and maintaining arrears reports.
