Level 3 EYFS Practitioner

Tradewind Recruitment are delighted to be working with a warm, welcoming early years setting in Liverpool that is seeking a dedicated and qualified Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join their team on a full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate early years professional who is committed to delivering outstanding care and education to children aged 0-5, and who wants to make a real difference in the early stages of children's development. Your Responsibilities Will Include: Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework Observing, assessing, and documenting children's learning and development Building strong, trusting relationships with children, parents, and carers Supporting children's individual needs, including those with SEND Working collaboratively as part of a dedicated team to maintain a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment Maintaining accurate records and contributing to learning journalsWhat We're Looking For: A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (e.g. CACHE Level 3, NVQ Level 3, BTEC Level 3) A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development Solid understanding of the EYFS framework Strong communication and teamwork skills Paediatric First Aid certificate (desirable but not essential) Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)What's on Offer: Competitive salary based on experience Supportive and inclusive team environment Ongoing CPD and professional development opportunities The chance to work with a setting that truly values its staff
