Graphic Designer – Apparel

We’re hiring a Graphic Designer to join our in-house design team.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years’ industry experience in graphic design within the clothing sector, with a strong focus on men’s apparel.

The Role

You’ll develop seasonal graphics across several in-house brands for printed T‑shirts, fleece, woven shirts, and character graphic knitwear (no knitwear experience required).

You’ll work to customer briefs to present relevant graphics that satisfy style and colour direction for both UK and global contract customers.

You’ll create technical packs for sample development and fine‑tune colourway options for production (full training will be provided).

You’ll create style profiles for ordered styles to be raised by our merchandise department.

You’ll liaise with our offices and suppliers abroad to support development and production timelines.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years’ experience in a similar men’s graphic design role within apparel.
• Strong creative design skills with a basic understanding of garment construction and print application.
• Excellent Illustrator/CAD skills; AI skills would be a bonus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across design, merchandising, and production teams.
• Commercially aware with a good eye for adapting high‑street trends and colour.
• Exceptionally well organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
