The Opportunity
We are seeking a professional and organised Receptionist & Office Administrator to become an integral part of a busy and welcoming office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their role, takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will play a key role in ensuring the office operates smoothly while providing administrative support across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Providing administrative and secretarial support to the wider team. Managing incoming calls and handling reception duties. Welcoming visitors and ensuring a positive front-of-house experience. Managing meeting room bookings and preparing rooms for meetings. Coordinating deliveries, couriers, and incoming post. Ordering and maintaining stationery, office supplies, and kitchen stock. Maintaining office filing systems and records. Supporting the organisation of company events and meetings. Liaising with building management regarding maintenance and repairs. Assisting with facilities and compliance-related administrative tasks. Recording company purchases and maintaining accurate documentation. Providing occasional support to senior leadership teams when required. What We're Looking For
Previous experience within a reception, HR administration, office administration, or customer-facing role. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks. A warm, professional, and welcoming manner. Confident using Microsoft Office applications. Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. High attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude.
