Job Description Managing Associate Family Solicitor, Manchester - £80,000 - 3 days work-from-home, Excellent Benefits /n A Top 100 UK law firm is looking to appoint a Managing Associate Family Solicitor to join its highly regarded Manchester Family team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Family Solicitor to join a national firm with an outstanding reputation, working within a close-knit team of 6 whilst benefiting from the support, resources and referral network of a much larger organisation. /n The firm is recognised for its commitment to employee wellbeing, flexibility and career progression, offering predominantly home-based working alongside a comprehensive benefits package. You will handle high-quality privately funded family law matters and play a key role in the continued growth of the Manchester practice. The Role: /n You will manage a varied caseload of private family law matters including: /n Divorce and separation matters. /n High-value financial remedy proceedings. /n Private children law disputes. /n Cohabitation and TOLATA matters. /n Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements. /n Complex relationship breakdown and asset protection matters. /n Advising high-net-worth individuals, business owners and professionals. Key Responsibilities: /n Manage a full caseload of private family law matters from instruction through to conclusion. /n Deliver exceptional client care and build long-term client relationships. /n Mentor and support junior members of the team where appropriate. /n Work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider national family department. /n Participate in business development, networking and marketing initiatives. /n Contribute towards the continued growth and success of the Manchester office.
