Maybe you're chasing suppliers, updating customers, coordinating production and solving problems every day, yet your role still feels more reactive than influential. This opportunity offers something different. You'll take ownership of projects from quotation through to delivery, becoming the central point of contact between customers, suppliers and internal teams. You'll be trusted to keep projects on track, manage priorities and make sure deadlines are met. This isn't a role where you're simply passing information between departments. You'll be expected to understand each project, anticipate problems, communicate clearly and take responsibility for getting things over the line. The business operates within the corrugated packaging and display sector, delivering bespoke solutions for a wide range of customers. As a result, no two projects are quite the same. Your responsibilities will include: • Managing projects from enquiry through to delivery • Producing and managing quotations • Raising purchase orders and coordinating suppliers • Working closely with planning, production and design teams • Monitoring project timelines and resolving issues • Keeping customers informed throughout the project lifecycle • Supporting the smooth flow of work through manufacturing • Managing multiple projects simultaneously This role could suit someone currently working as a: • Project Coordinator • Customer Service Executive • Customer Service Coordinator • Account Executive • Account Coordinator • Internal Sales Coordinator • Production Coordinator Experience within packaging, corrugated, displays, print or manufacturing would be advantageous, but we're equally interested in people who can demonstrate strong organisation, communication and project coordination skills from similar environments. What matters most is your ability to manage multiple priorities, build relationships and keep projects moving.
