Remuneration: £55,000 - £60,000neg + Discretionary bonus scheme

The role of the Procurement Manager Woodwork & Cutting Tools will involve:
Procurement Manager position dealing with a manufactured range of woodwork & cutting tools including; router cutters, routing jigs and router accessories
Focus on optimising procurement processes, ensuring accurate stock levels, and integrating purchasing functions to improve inventory control and supplier management
Develop and implement new procurement strategies to improve cost efficiencies, supplier performance and continuity of supply
Collaborate with IT, warehouse, finance and other internal departments to ensure seamless integration of new system
Define system requirements and work closely with vendor and developers to customise system as required
Monitor and manage supplier performance and order processes, ensuring compliance and timely delivery
Oversee purchase order completion, approval workflows, and stock replenishment
The ideal applicant will be a Procurement Manager Woodwork & Cutting Tools with:
Must have Procurement experience within the construction, tools, or manufacturing sector
Greatly beneficial to possess a related degree (CIPS, MCIPS, Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics or related)
Highly advantageous to have experience within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCGs) sector
Previous experience xwzovoh managing procurement teams is ideal
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Strong negotiation skills, commercial awareness and decision making capability
