The successful candidate will be committed to delivering engaging and inclusive learning experiences that help every student achieve their full potential, both academically and personally. The Role: Teaching students across a range of age groups and abilities Planning and delivering tailored lessons to meet individual EHCP targets Supporting pupils with a variety of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), including ASD, SEMH, MLD, and complex needs Creating a positive, nurturing, and structured learning environment Working collaboratively with support staff, therapists, parents, and external professionals The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent Previous experience working within a SEND setting Strong understanding of differentiated teaching strategies Excellent communication and behaviour management skills A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach A genuine passion for supporting children and young people with additional needs What TimePlan Education Offers: Competitive rates of pay Ongoing professional development opportunities Dedicated consultant support throughout your placement Access to a wide range of education opportunities across the regionThis role would suit an experienced SEND Teacher or a mainstream teacher with substantial SEND experience looking to make a real difference in a specialist environment.
