About the role

Civic is seeking a Senior / Principal Civil Engineer to lead project teams across residential, education, commercial and regeneration sectors, driving quality, schedule and profitability within our QMS/IMS framework.

Chartered or Incorporated with ICE, IStructE, CIWEM or CIHT is preferred; you should have strong communication and design software skills (Microdrainage, Civil 3D, AutoCAD). We offer hybrid working with three studio days and a collaborative, purpose‑driven culture.
