The Role Supervising classes during teacher absences Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans Keeping students focused and engaged Managing classroom behaviour effectively Providing feedback to teaching staff What We're Looking For Previous Cover Supervisor or relevant secondary school experience Strong classroom and behaviour management skills Confidence working across different subjects and year groups A flexible, reliable and professional approach Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply Why Stafflex Education?
