About the role

Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets? We are looking for a Sales - Derivatives and Clearing Associate to join the Derivatives team. The position will be based in London, and start as soon as possible. You will report to the Head of Sales Derivatives Trading.You will primarily be responsible for:Acquiring new business by upselling to existing clients and originating new clients to the platform, increasing volumes and revenues with EuronextPartnering with Product teams to optimise and expand the client value proposition and ultimately increase revenuesRaising new client requirements and ensuring they are communicated effectively to internal stakeholdersCollaborating with product and marketing teams to support and execute the sales strategyWorking closely with the wider trading and sales team to share insights, coordinate on client opportunities and maximise commercial impactMaintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and engagementYour profile:Minimum two years’ experience in sales, ideally within financial services or capital marketsSolid product knowledge in derivatives and a good understanding of clearing servicesStrong commercial awareness and ability to identify and convert business opportunitiesExcellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbalCollaborative, pragmatic and customer-oriented with a numbers-driven approachProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics or a related field preferredJoin a company where market infrastructure is built on innovation — and where every innovation starts with a bold mind asking, “What’s next?”.
