Teaching Assistant (Supply) The Heath Trust Schools Via The Supply Register The Supply Register is proud to be working in partnership with The Heath Trust to recruit Teaching Assistants to support schools across the trust on a supply basis. This is an excellent opportunity for flexible work within a supportive multi-academy trust, helping pupils achieve their full potential. The Role: As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you will: Support pupils in the classroom on a 1:1 basis or in small groups Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management Provide additional support for pupils with SEND where required Help maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment Experience: Experience working with children or young people in a school or similar setting Experience supporting pupils with SEND (ASD, ADHD, SEMH) is desirable but not essential Newly qualified or aspiring Teaching Assistants are encouraged to apply Qualifications: Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable but not essential GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent) at Grade C/4 or above preferred Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply through The Supply Register) What We Offer: Flexible supply work to fit around your availability Opportunities across multiple schools within The Heath Trust Competitive daily pay rates Ongoing support from a dedicated partnership team Access to training and CPD opportunities How to Apply: Apply today through The Supply Register to join our supply pool and support schools within The Heath Trust
