Pre-Delivery Inspector

Pre-Delivery Inspector Location: Oswestry Contract Length: TEMP Pay: £13.31 per hour Position Summary Pre-Delivery Inspections on a wide range of platform lifts, ensuring all quality and safety checks are completed and recorded prior to customer delivery. All tasks must be carried out safely and to a high standard. Responsibilities of a Pre-Delivery Inspector Quality assurance and safety checks on completed platforms prior to delivery to customers or other depots. Identify and resolve issues on products. Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately. Prep, clean, and ready equipment for shipment. Inspect surfaces for minor paint chips/scratches and complete touch-ups. Maintain a clean and organised work area. Report safety issues immediately to management. Support team members to meet deadlines and maintain high standards. Carry out full function tests. Other duties as assigned.Educational Requirements NVQ Level 2/3 in motor mechanics or similar. Good standard of English and Mathematics. IPAF 3a/3b, LOLER, FLT or other access-industry certifications (desirable).Desired Experience Minimum 12 months in a similar environment. Strong mechanical knowledge Detail-orientated with the ability to identify and resolve issues. Able to work independently or as part of a team. Able to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
