Up to £32,000 dependent upon experience Hybrid working (from commencement of new role) Flexibility on working hours Private Medical Cover Enhanced Pension Contributions Career Progression Opportunities Exposure to undertaking international recruitment What will you do as HR Recruitment Assistant? Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process for designated roles, from vacancy through to offer and onboarding. Manage vacancies, job adverts and candidate records on Recruitment Systems Arrange interviews, assessments, technical tests and assessment centres. Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing a professional candidate experience. Liaise with recruitment agencies, hiring managers and internal HR stakeholders. Prepare and issue offer letters, contracts and other recruitment documentation. Support Digital Early Careers programmes including apprenticeships, vacation schemes and training contracts. Coordinate university engagement, recruitment events and early careers campaigns. Maintain accurate recruitment data, support reporting and contribute to recruitment projects and process improvements What will you require as HR Recruitment Assistant? Proven experience in Recruitment Administration or an HR role involving recruitment Advantageous to have experience in a professional services environment Ability to communicate with stakeholders across all levels of the business Highly-skilled in utilising ATS or Recruitment Systems How to apply to this Recruitment Assistant role?
