Hygiene Operative – Bakery Warehouse We are currently recruiting for a Hygiene Operative to join a busy bakery warehouse in Buckingham. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment. You will be responsible for keeping the warehouse and surrounding areas clean and ensuring waste is dealt with efficiently. 🧹 Key Responsibilities: * Emptying bins and disposing of waste correctly * Clearing waste and maintaining clean working areas * Sweeping and squeegeeing floors * Cleaning warehouse areas and equipment as required * Supporting general hygiene and housekeeping duties * Moving flour and other materials around the warehouse * Carrying out manual handling tasks safely * Following all site hygiene, health & safety and food safety procedures * Working as part of a team to maintain high standards throughout the warehouse 👤 About You: * Previous cleaning, hygiene, warehouse or production experience is beneficial * Comfortable with manual handling and physical work * Able to work on your feet for the majority of the shift * Good attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness * Reliable, hardworking and punctual * Able to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team * Previous experience within a food production or bakery environment would be advantageous, but is not essential ⏰ Working Hours: Monday – Friday 6:00am – 2:00pm If you're looking for a Monday-to-Friday role with consistent daytime hours and enjoy practical, hands-on work, we'd love to hear from you!
