This is an excellent opportunity for a polished sales professional with a passion for property and exceptional customer service to represent a prestigious development. The Role As the face of the development, you will be responsible for guiding purchasers through the entire sales journey while delivering a first-class customer experience. Key Responsibilities * Managing all sales enquiries and converting leads into reservations * Conducting viewings and presenting luxury homes to prospective buyers * Building strong relationships with clients, agents, and solicitors * Maintaining the presentation standards of the sales office and show homes * Progressing sales through to exchange and completion * Keeping accurate records using CRM systems * Delivering against sales targets and KPIs Requirements * Previous experience in new homes sales or luxury property sales * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Professional, well-presented, and customer-focused approach * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Flexible to work weekends on a rota basis * Full UK driving licence preferred Working Pattern * 5 days per week * Weekend rota included Package * Competitive bonus structure * Private healthcare * Pension scheme * Opportunity to work on a prestigious £1M+ development To apply, please submit your CV and a short cover letter outlining your experience within property or new homes sales
