Product Lead/ Head of Product

We are looking for a Product Chapter Lead to shape and evolve Product Management and Product Operations capability across the organisation. \n This is a highly visible leadership role, suited to an experienced product leader who is passionate about developing people, driving standards, and building a world-class product culture within a complex enterprise environment. \n As Product Chapter Lead, you will lead the Product Chapter, setting the strategic direction, annual objectives, and capability plan for the function. Working closely with the Chief Product Officer and senior technology leadership, you will help define the future of Product Management at Kingfisher while supporting and developing Product Chapter members across the business. \Partner with the ProdSquad, Product Chapter, Banner Technology Directors, and wider business stakeholders to define product roles, skills, and career pathways \n Identify capability gaps and implement plans through upskilling, reskilling, hiring, and development initiatives \n Act as a coach and advisor to Product Chapter members, supporting growth and capability development \n Support resource planning and prioritisation discussions across Group and third-party teams \n Manage Chapter-related budgets, including training, development, and community initiatives \n Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing product professionals \n Our hybrid model blends home working for focus with time spent connecting and collaborating - whether in our offices or at offsite locations.
