Warehouse & Process Operator 📍 East Kilbride 🕒 Full Time 💰 Competitive Salary + Benefits We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse & Process Operator to join a well-established manufacturing and operations environment based in East Kilbride. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong warehouse process knowledge who enjoys working within a fast-paced, hands-on operational environment. The role will involve a mixture of warehousing duties, stock movement, process operations, quality standards, and administrative responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Loading and unloading products and materials Supporting operational and warehouse processes Stock control and inventory accuracy Completing operational paperwork and data entry Following SOPs and safety procedures Maintaining housekeeping standards throughout the site Supporting goods in/goods out activities Assisting with operational improvements where required Reporting maintenance or operational issues promptly What We're Looking For: Previous warehousing or process operations experience Strong attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable working in a physically active environment Good literacy and numeracy skills Ability to follow procedures and safety standards Strong communication and teamwork skills Flexible and proactive approach to work FLT licence advantageous but not essential Desirable Experience: Inventory control Process-driven manufacturing environments Administrative/data entry experience Working to KPIs or production targetsThis role would suit candidates from warehouse, production, manufacturing, logistics, process operations, or similar operational backgrounds.
