The business delivers technically demanding mechanical and electrical packages across major commercial, residential, data centre, healthcare and mixed-use developments. We are looking for commercially astute individuals with experience in M&E/building services contracting, who can support and manage key aspects of the commercial lifecycle including procurement, subcontract management, valuations, variations, cost reporting, CVRs and final accounts. xwzovoh

Your Experience:

Candidates from an MEP subcontractor/services-contractor background will be especially relevant; however, we would also consider strong commercial professionals from main contractors, consultancies or client-side environments where they have had substantial exposure to MEP packages and understand the pace, technical detail and commercial demands of building-services delivery.
