The Head Chef will be responsible for the entire kitchen operation and ultimately accountable for the safety of our team and guests. You will lead and inspire the kitchen team, being obsessive about food quality, adherence to spec and can produce every dish brilliantly.
You are passionate about the guest experience, developing your team and driving profitability of your restaurant through great control of food cost lines.
You are an inspirational leader, running high energy shifts from the kitchen ensuring each and every day part delivers an amazing experience for our guests and our team

Your background Previous experience as a Head Chef required
