Corporate Tax Director with path to partnership

We are currently working on a Corporate Tax Director role based in London, where the primary responsibilities include overseeing the corporate tax function, providing strategic tax planning advice, and managing a team to ensure compliance with tax regulations.

A clear path to partnership is often offered, highlighting the potential for career progression within the firm. You will be acting as a trusted adviser, engaging with clients on wider commercial and strategic issues, managing a portfolio of complex advisory and compliance cases, and delivering exceptional client service.

The successful candidate will be technically strong, with the ability to identify opportunities within the client portfolio to provide value-added services. They will be responsible for developing and building strong client relationships, identifying opportunities to solve clients' problems, and contributing to business growth. The role involves staying abreast of the latest changes in tax legislation and ensuring the team is well-informed and equipped to handle all aspects of tax accounting and reporting, as well as corporation tax returns.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in providing corporate tax advisory and compliance services to a variety of clients, managing the successful delivery of commercially viable and technical solutions, and demonstrating a good understanding of corporate tax compliance.

In terms of qualifications, a CTA or equivalent is expected, coupled with a strong UK tax technical knowledge. This opportunity is ideal for experienced Senior Managers looking to step up or entry point Directors seeking a clear path to Partner and equity Partner levels.
