We are expanding our healthcare recruitment team and looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to join our Codsall office. If you enjoy fast‑paced recruitment work, speaking to people all day and achieving clear recruitment targets, this role is a great fit. What you will do: * Review recruitment applications for Healthcare Assistants, Support Workers, and Nurses * Screen candidates and assess suitability. * Make high‑volume outbound warm calls. * Hit recruitment KPIs around interviews and pipeline growth. * Stay organised and productive in a busy recruitment environment. * Source candidates proactively through CV databases, job boards, social platforms, and referral networks. * Take ownership of your workload, working independently while contributing positively to the wider team. Skills and Experience: * Experience working to KPIs or targets. * Excellent communication and rapport‑building skills. * Confident with IT systems and Microsoft Office * Self‑motivated, resilient, and able to manage a busy recruitment workload. * Proactive approach with strong initiative - able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. * Experience in candidate sourcing, CV searching, or talent attraction is highly beneficial.
