Service Operator We are seeking a reliable, self-motivated, and professional individual to join our Service Team on a short-term basis. This is a field-based role supporting the delivery of high-quality hygiene and washroom services to a diverse customer base. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in delivering excellent service standards, and represents a business with professionalism at all times. Role Overview As a Service Operator, you will be responsible for visiting customer sites to service, maintain, and replenish washroom hygiene equipment. You will play a key role in ensuring all services are delivered efficiently, safely, and to a consistently high standard, helping to maintain clean, compliant, and hygienic environments for clients. Key Responsibilities Carry out scheduled service visits to customer sites across your assigned region Maintain, clean, and replenish a range of washroom hygiene equipment Ensure all work is completed in line with company procedures and hygiene standards Deliver a professional and customer-focused service on every visit Plan and manage daily routes effectively to meet service schedules Maintain accurate service records where required Ensure company vehicle is kept clean, organised, and fully stocked Identify and resolve basic on-site issues independently Act as a positive ambassador while on customer premises Requirements Full, valid UK driving licence Strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively Good communication and customer service skills Reliable, organised, and proactive approach to work Comfortable working in a field-based role with early starts A clean DBS check is required due to the nature of customer sites Working Hours 40 hours per week Early starts are essential to meet service schedules Working hours may vary depending on route planning, traffic, and customer needs Occasional overnight stays may be requiredAdecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
