Job ID: 2832Salary: 50-60k+pkgLocation: BristolRegion: South WestProject Manager – Network Rail Frameworks, Bridges and Structures – Civil Rail – Bristol50-60k+pkgA Major Civil Rail Main Contractor are looking for a Project Manager to join our Rail sector, overseeing an exciting projects in Bristol including Network Rail Frame works from 15-40m, Bridges and Structures.The Project Manager will require a knowledge of tendering as well as project delivery experience within the Civil Rail Environment.Key Duties include:Responsible for the business results of the projectProject organisation and definition and regulation of responsibilitiesCommunicate all project requirements to the project teamSet and agree challenging stretch targets for all team membersEstablish communications with Client/RepresentativeOrganize the flow of information between the whole integrated project team members and third partiesImplement the management system within the project teamLead HSQE managementApprove Project IMS Plan and appoint dutiesEvaluate opportunities and risksOrganise planning managementEstablish procurement deadlinesReview and revision of contract programmeEstablish works packagesCooperate in the awarding of contracts to sub contractors and suppliersContract management and supervision of project progressResponsible for project controllingChange management processIdentify and coordinate training requirementsRepresent the project to internal stakeholders with period commercial and delivery reportingCollaborate in the recruitment of staffIdentify and coordinate training requirementsWhat we are looking forDegree/HND/HNC in Civil Engineering or similarPrevious experience as a Project Manager on Civil Rail projectsProject Management experienceExcellent leadership and tendering skillsValid Full UK Drivers licence
