About the role
SSP UK & Ireland in Edinburgh is seeking an inspirational General Site Manager to lead multiple units (BrewDog, Burger King, The Pasty Shop and AMT Coffee) and deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
You will work four days on, four days off, with shifts starting as early as 5am and ending at midnight, recruiting and training your team to consistently perform at the highest level while driving sales and ensuring a safe, compliant operation.
