Site Manager - Must Hold a DBS

Site Manager Currently on the search for a number of Site Managers due to a very busy contractor focusing on the D&B fit out sector. About the role of Site Manager: The contractor has a number of projects about to kick off in the middle of summer and is looking on a freelance basis. The projects are all within the D&B fit out sector and will take between 10-20 weeks from start to finish. They value between £500k-£1.5m. You'll be reporting to a Project Manager who will expect progress reports and clear communication between themselves and you. Responsibilities for the Site Manager: As a Site Manager you will be expected to keep the site operating efficiently and safely. With the client being based in London they will be entering the project at short notice and so preparation for this is key. With the projects being a short duration speed is key, they can't afford to be having delays so every hour on site is important. Requirements for the Site Manager: Black CSCS SMSTS FAAW Trade background Ability to use Procore or something similar Must hold a valid DBS (essential)The company are a growing business in the interior fit out sector, operating as a D&B contractor and winning work against some of the best in the market - definitely one to keep an eye on.
