ICT Technician - Part-time

Department:  IT  Type of Contract:  Permanent / Part Time (20 Hours) - Weekends and Evenings Only Changing Lives through Education What We Do: Our IT Team supports the campus by managing systems, troubleshooting issues, protecting data and enhancing our digital tools, ensuring that our students and staff experience smooth and secure operations across the institution.  The Role:   Do you consider yourself a skilled and proactive IT Technician? To provide high quality, face to face IT services to students and staff based on one of the GBS campuses.  To provide high quality, face to face IT services to students and staff based on one of the GBS campuses.  Providing technical support in moving and setting up of Audio Visual and IT equipment as required.  Set up and configuration of PC/laptop equipment with required operating systems installing software and drivers where necessary.  Follow best practice guidelines in ensuring security and privacy of networks and computer systems.  Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles (CompTIA Network+/CompTIA Security+).
