SALES MANAGER Removals Industry | Brackley £28,000 basic salary Uncapped commission of up to 25% Flexible hours approximately 3540 hours per week The Only Group is growing, and were looking for a confident and commercially minded Sales Manager to join our team in Brackley. THE ROLE Youll manage customer enquiries from the initial conversation through to booking, making sure every customer receives a friendly, professional service. Your responsibilities will include: Managing incoming customer enquiries Preparing and following up quotations Coordinating removal schedules with customers and crews Building strong client relationships Identifying and maximising sales opportunities Managing customer records and relevant administration Delivering excellent service throughout the customer journey WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR You may have previous experience in sales, office management, estate agency, car sales or another customer-focused position.
