This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate Sous Chef to join a high performing kitchen team, leading from the front in a high volume premium restaurant environment.
What you will be doing • Supporting the Head Chef in leading and motivating a large brigade within a busy all-day dining restaurant • Delivering consistently high-quality dishes across breakfast, lunch, dinner services • Maintaining exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency during high-volume service periods • Coaching, mentoring, and developing junior chefs to drive performance, engagement, and career progression • Assisting with menu development and continuous improvement of kitchen standards
What we are looking for • Proven experience as a Sous Chef within a high volume restaurant • Strong background working in premium dining, brasserie, or quality-led restaurant operations • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire, develop, and manage a large team • Passion for food, fresh ingredients, and delivering exceptional guest experiences through outstanding cuisine • Strong organisational skills and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen Good to know This is opportunity offers a salary of up to £50,000 alongside excellent career progression opportunities within one of London's most prestigious hospitality destinations.
