You’ll work collaboratively across design, UX, data and account teams to create clear, compelling, user‑centred content that delivers connected, high‑impact digital experiences.ResponsibilitiesDesign and deliver high‑quality content across key platforms, including messaging, navigation, IA, UX copy and calls to actionEnsure content is clear, accessible, on‑brand and optimised for both users and SEOUse research, analytics and testing to improve journeys, reduce friction and drive better experiencesPartner closely with designers, UX, SEO and clients to shape content strategy, roadmaps and roll‑outsSupport new product launches and ongoing optimisation through thoughtful planning and iterationQualificationsProven experience as a Content Designer (agency experience welcome but not essential)Strong understanding of user‑centred, evidence‑based designConfidence working directly with clients and presenting your thinkingExcellent writing, editing and proofreading skills across marketing and product contentComfortable collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and senior stakeholdersCalm, thoughtful and constructive — especially when tackling complex challengesAdditional informationDigitas has fantastic benefits on offer to all of our employees, full details of which are shared when you join.
