* Provide additional support to learners at risk of falling behind
* Prepare learners for work experience and guaranteed interviews
* Work towards agreed retention, achievement and progression KPIs
* Participate in quality-assurance activities, observations and standardisation meetings
Essential requirements:

* Experience delivering employability or vocational training
* Experience assessing learner work and providing feedback
* Strong classroom and behaviour-management skills
* Ability to produce accurate and compliant learner records
* Strong written, verbal and digital communication skills
Desirable requirements:
* Level 3 Award in Education and Training or higher

* Experience delivering publicly funded adult-skills programmes
* Experience supporting unemployed adults into work
We are looking for someone who combines strong teaching practice with a genuine commitment to learner progression. The right person will create an engaging classroom while maintaining the standards required for successful completion.
Appointments will be subject to satisfactory pre-employment and safeguarding checks. Pathway Group is committed to equality, diversity and creating an inclusive learning environment
