We are currently seeking to appoint a Quality & Compliance Manager to maintain and manage our Quality Systems and to ensure improvement is continuously made across the business. The ideal Quality & Compliance Manager will: Have a minimum of five years experience maintaining ISO, N1 Accreditation with a knowledge of WLTP and Type Approval Ability to motivate the team whilst discussing the Company standards / requirements Have excellent communication skills Ability to work alongside other teams / team leaders Ability to manage multiple tasks at any given time and prioritise workload Have an understanding and belief that we can always make improvements to the process or the environment. Have a positive attitude to change to ensure that the business is achieving its true potential. The role of Quality & Compliance Manager: Maintain and review Accreditations ISO9001, COP, N1 Enhancement, WLTP, Type Approval and Health & Safety. Assist in the build area on final decisions made regarding standards of product made ready for shipment to our customer base. Working in conjunction with the Operations Manager, develop and maintain a continuous improvement plan to ensure the departments are working efficiently and to its maximum effectiveness. Ensure that all processes and procedures are carried out in line with the Companies Quality Management System , conducting Internal Audits. Play an active part in improving the Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions and QC Check Lists Ensure that all members of the team are adequately trained, and any training requirements are highlighted and carried out at the earliest opportunity. Monitoring the Calibration and Maintenance of Machinery & Equipment. Take an active role in adhering to the Company Health and Safety Policy, MSDS & Cosh Data Sheets. The above are your major tasks. You are also expected to use your own judgment to ensure the smooth running of the business. Working hours: 40 hrs per week We do not accept applications from recruitment agencies.
