The role

Working closely with the Reception Manager and wider Front Office team, you will play a key role in delivering a warm, friendly and efficient service to every guest, ensuring their stay is memorable from arrival to departure. Youll also:

• Welcome guests and provide a friendly and professional first impression at all times
• Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring accuracy in reservations and billing
• Respond to guest enquiries, requests and calls promptly and effectively
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services and the local area
• Ensure all payment processes are handled in line with company procedures
• Maintain a clean, organised and presentable reception area
• Communicate effectively with housekeeping and other departments to support guest needs
• Handle guest feedback and complaints in a professional and positive manner
