I am currently keen to speak with experienced residential childcare professionals for a Registered Manager role for a 3 bed EBD home in Bradford.

Full-time, permanent

Salary £55,000+ £3k bonus plus package

Opportunities to lead and develop residential children’s homes

Roles focused on safeguarding, therapeutic care and positive outcomes for children and young people

What I’m looking for:

*

Experience within residential childcare or children’s residential services

*

Previous Registered Manager, Deputy Manager or senior leadership experience

*

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare, or working towards completion, where required

*

Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations, safeguarding and regulatory compliance

*

A passion for leading teams and delivering high-quality, child-centred care
