Senior Engineer Civil Engineering Coventry £55,000 - £65,000 About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineer to join our growing Civil Engineering team delivering major drainage and infrastructure packages on long-term projects including HS2 and associated civils works. The successful candidate will take responsibility for site engineering activities, technical compliance, quality assurance and coordination of drainage and civil engineering works from planning through to completion. Key Responsibilities: Manage engineering activities on drainage and civils packages Review construction drawings and technical specifications Lead site setting out and survey activities Produce and manage RFIs, NCRs and technical queries Review and implement ITPs, RAMS and quality documentation Coordinate subcontractors and site teams Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to specification Manage as-built records and survey information Support project delivery teams with planning and progress reporting Liaise with clients, designers and principal contractors Requirements: Previous experience as a Senior Engineer, Section Engineer or Site Engineer Strong background in civil engineering, infrastructure or drainage works Experience delivering drainage packages including pipework, chambers, culverts or associated infrastructure Good understanding of QA procedures and technical documentation Experience using Leica, Trimble or equivalent survey equipment Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications Excellent communication and leadership skills If you’re interested in the role or have any further questions, please apply or contact me via (url removed)
