Project Manager

We’re delighted to be recruiting a Project Manager on behalf of a well‑established business specialising in retail display and fixture programmes for leading FMCG and retail brands. This Project Manager job offers the opportunity to play a key role in taking creative concepts through to fully delivered in‑store solutions, working closely with internal teams, suppliers and installers across the UK and internationally.Circa 50kMonday to Thursday 8.30am–5pm, Friday 8.30am-3.30pmMostly office based, with flexibility for some hybrid working around client visitsFree on‑site parkingCompetitive benefits package and clear development opportunitiesDuties and responsibilities:Manage the day‑to‑day delivery of multiple retail display and fixture projects, ensuring milestones, budgets and timelines are metSupport Account Managers across live FMCG and retail brand programmes from quotation through to rolloutTranslate creative concepts and technical drawings into clear manufacturing briefs and production plansLiaise with design, engineering and production teams to ensure specifications are accurate and achievableCoordinate suppliers, contractors and installers across the UK, Europe and the Far East as requiredOversee production, quality control, packing, logistics, installations and post‑installation snaggingTrack costs, approvals and progress using internal project management systems, providing clear updates to stakeholdersRequired skills and experience:Proven experience in a Project Manager role or production coordination position within retail display, POS or fixture manufacturingExperience of Shop / Retail Fit out would be advantageousOverseas travel may be required on a project-to-project basisStrong technical understanding of materials, finishes and manufacturing processes, including metal, joinery, plastics and printAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications with a high level of accuracyExcellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience working with internal production teams, external suppliers and installation partnersConfident using Microsoft Excel and project tracking or management toolsFull UK driving licence and willingness to travel for site visits and installations as part of this Project Manager vacancy
