About the role

Pinpoint is hiring a Head of Legal to own the legal function end‑to‑end from contracts to data protection. You will lead commercial contracting, privacy compliance, and governance as we scale our HR tech platform.

This is a hands-on role with no direct reports initially, reporting to the COO, and a remote-friendly setup. Expect heavy engagement with Account Executives, Product, and Engineering as we build in a regulated space, including AI-assisted hiring features and cross-border data
