Commercial Governance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Principal Governance Manager to join a high-performing commercial function, leading governance, assurance and process improvement across a complex organisation.

This is a senior leadership role where you'll drive governance best practice, oversee assurance activities, influence senior stakeholders and help shape commercial capability across the business.

• Lead governance, assurance and policy activities across the commercial function.
• Monitor compliance with commercial policies, governance frameworks and procurement regulations.
• Present findings, recommendations and assurance updates to senior leadership and Assurance Boards.
• Drive continuous improvement across governance processes and support the Integrated Assurance Pathway.
• Lead, coach and develop a multidisciplinary team, including permanent employees and contingent workers.
• Deliver training and capability initiatives to strengthen governance and commercial performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the organisation.
