This role is critical in ensuring operational readiness and supporting customer requirements through effective resource planning, inventory management, and equipment maintenance.Key Activities and AccountabilitiesCoordinate workshop, logistics, stores, purchasing, and certification activities to support operational demandsLiaise with Operational Supervisors to ensure equipment and resources are available when requiredSupport procurement activities and work with suppliers to achieve best value and serviceManage inventory levels, stock control, stocktaking, and cycle counting activitiesMaintain and improve maintenance, stores, and purchasing proceduresPromote collaboration and resource sharing across locations and business unitsEnsure equipment is maintained, serviced, certified, and fit for purposeLead incident reporting and investigations, implementing corrective actions where requiredIdentify and mitigate operational, safety, and environmental risksEnsure compliance with company HSE policies and proceduresJob Knowledge and QualificationsEngineering QualificationComputer skills (MS office, AutoCAD desirable)Previous supervisory experience within workshop, logistics, stores, supply chain, or operational support functionsStrong organisational and planning skillsExperience managing inventory, procurement, and equipment maintenance processesExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesCommitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvementAt Expro, we live by our values, People, Performance, Planet and Partnerships.  People are always at the heart of our success.
