About the role
Facilities Co-ordinator (House Keeping - 3 months temp) Honeycomb are delighted to be working with our client, recruiting for a Facilities Co-ordinator, on a temporary basis. Based in Belfast City Centre, this hospitality business is looking for an experienced individual to join their dynamic team to manage housekeeping operations, take on leadership responsibilities and provide essential support to the senior management team. This is an exciting opportunity best suited to an individual who has housekeeping management experience in a demanding and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Management of daily housekeeping operations across the facility Ensure operations are in alignment with strict compliance policies and are completed to company standards Liaise with senior management team and support wider operational duties Provide hands on support, supervision and guidance to internal and external teams Perform well under pressure by prioritising tasks by means of urgency and deliver results within specific timeframes The Ideal Candidate Previous experience of housekeeping management in similar industries Housekeeping experience in a hospitality environment Ability to prioritise, delegate and deliver under pressure Administrative background, IT literate and confident Microsoft Packages such as Excel Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills Strong problem solving skills Willingness to undertake practical tasks when necessary Open to work flexible hours including weekends and bank holidays What is on Offer 3 month full time temporary role Gain hands on managerial experience in a busy environment Opportunity to develop existing skillset through attendance of training days Competitive salary of £14-£15 per hour If you wish to apply in confidence, please submit your CV via the link provided.
