With strong roots in the local community and a reputation for client care, the firm offers a supportive and collaborative environment where professionals can thrive.The RoleAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Lawyer to join a busy and friendly property team.You'll manage your own caseload from instruction through to completion, dealing with a wide range of residential transactions, including:Freehold and leasehold sales and purchasesRe-mortgages and transfers of equityNew build and Help to Buy transactionsShared ownership and leasehold mattersThis is a client-facing role, so you'll build strong relationships and deliver a high standard of service throughout the conveyancing process.
