BIM Manager

BIM Manager - London We're currently recruiting for an experienced BIM Manager to join an established building services engineering and construction business delivering complex MEP projects across the UK. This is a key role within the digital delivery team, responsible for leading BIM coordination and delivery across multiple projects, ensuring models, information and design solutions are coordinated, buildable and aligned with project requirements. The role will involve a combination of office-based working, collaboration with project teams and regular site visits. The Role You'll be responsible for: Leading BIM delivery across multiple live projects Managing the development and coordination of federated MEP models Ensuring BIM is embedded throughout the project lifecycle, from design through to installation and handover Managing model quality, clash detection and coordination outputs Ensuring compliance with BIM Execution Plans, project requirements and company standards Developing and improving BIM processes, standards and workflows Managing information through Common Data Environments (CDEs) Maintaining model integrity and structured project information Acting as the key link between BIM teams, consultants, design teams and site delivery teams Supporting design coordination meetings and driving the resolution of clashes and buildability issues Working closely with Design Managers, Project Managers and site teams Supporting digital handover and asset information requirements Promoting the use of BIM and digital construction technologies Identifying opportunities to improve project efficiency, coordination and quality through digital solutions Supporting DfMA, modularisation and offsite construction initiatives where appropriate About You We're looking for an experienced BIM professional with: Proven BIM Management / BIM Coordination experience within MEP or construction Experience working on Tier 1 projects through Stage 5 Strong understanding of BIM processes across design, construction and handover Experience coordinating complex multidisciplinary projects Strong knowledge of Revit, Navisworks and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) Experience with Revit Fabrication Parts would be highly beneficial Good understanding of design coordination, buildability and installation Good understanding of CDM requirements Strong communication and stakeholder management skills The ability to work effectively with design consultants, engineers and site teams Desirable Experience Large-scale or complex MEP projects Healthcare or other technically complex environments ISO 19650 and BIM information management standards Modularisation and offsite construction DfMA Relevant qualification in BIM, engineering, construction or a related discipline What's on Offer Competitive salary and benefits package Private medical cover Bonus scheme Pension Wellbeing initiatives Hybrid / work-from-home opportunities Excellent long-term career development Opportunity to work on technically complex and high-profile projectsLocation: London Role: BIM Manager Sector: Building Services / MEP / Construction Employment: Permanent If you're an experienced BIM Manager or Senior BIM Coordinator with strong MEP experience and are looking for a role where you can take ownership of BIM delivery across major projects, we'd be keen to hear from you
