Are you a fluent Welsh speaker with previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in schools?

Academics is currently recruiting enthusiastic and experienced Welsh Medium Teaching Assistants to work across Welsh-medium primary schools in the Aberdare area. We are looking for reliable individuals who are passionate about supporting children's learning and enjoy working in a Welsh-language education environment.

The Role as a Welsh Medium Teaching Assistant

Supporting pupils within Welsh-medium primary school classrooms.
Assisting teachers with daily lessons, activities and learning objectives.
Providing 1:1 and small-group support where required.
Communicating confidently with pupils and staff in Welsh.
Supporting pupils' academic, social and emotional development.
Helping maintain a positive, engaging and inclusive classroom environment.
Adapting to different year groups and school settings.
