Experience A general understanding of how to safely use toolroom equipment and machinery.

Minimum of 5 years in a toolmaking company or similar industry considered.

Fork lift license desirable but not essential.

Experience in interpreting engineering drawings both 2D and 3D is desirable.

Can check their own work using Vernier callipers, gauge blocks, dial test indicators and micrometres Key responsibilities: Manual grinding Manual milling Fitting of inserts, shut off of tool halves Assembly/disassembly of mould tools Polishing of tooling inserts Drilling cooling channels in mould plates The role will suit individuals currently working as xwzovoh Injection Mould Tool Finisher, Toolmaker, Mechanical Engineer, Injection Mould Engineer and be living within a commutable distance of Leicester, Coventry, Loughborough, Hinckley, Market Harborough, Melton Mowbray or be willing to relocate.
