We're seeking a passionate skin specialist with extensive experience in advanced treatments, particularly microneedling and chemical peels , who is dedicated to delivering exceptional client results and experiences.

What You'll Be Doing Delivering advanced skin treatments to the highest clinical standards.

Creating bespoke treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

Performing microneedling, chemical peels, and other advanced skincare treatments.

Conducting consultations and recommending appropriate treatment programmes.

Driving retail and treatment package sales through expert product knowledge.

Building strong client retention and loyalty.

Consistently working towards individual treatment and retail targets.

Maintaining excellent treatment records and adhering to clinic protocols.

Supporting a positive, collaborative clinic culture.

What We're Looking For Minimum Level 4 qualification in a relevant aesthetic or skin discipline.

Extensive hands-on experience performing microneedling and chemical peels .

A genuine passion for skin health, aesthetics, and client results.

Positive, level-headed, and professional character.

Strong consultation and communication skills.

Commercial awareness with experience working towards treatment and retail targets.

A proactive approach to personal development and ongoing learning.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
