ExecutiveSupportOfficerProvideefficient,modernandappropriateadministrativeandorganisationalsupporttotheCouncilsSeniorLeadershipTeam,throughdirectsupporttoanumberofDirectors.
DevelopstrongrelationshipswithseniorofficersandcolleaguesacrosstheCouncil,workingstrategicallytoensureDirectorsare organisedandequippedforday-to-daymanagementoftheorganisation.
SupportDirectorstoeffectivelymanagetheirdivisions,utilisingstrongunderstandingofDirectorsprioritiestoforwardplanagendas,ensurekeyactionsarefollowedup,synthesiseandunderstandcomplexinformationrelatingthebusinessofthedivision.
WorkcollaborativelywithcolleaguesacrosstheChiefExecutivesdivision;internalcommunications,policy,strategictransformationtosupporttheSeniorLeadershipTeamtomodelbestpracticeandbeambassadorsforculturechange.
ProvidecoverasrequiredfortheroleofExecutiveSupportManager,providingadministrativesupporttoExecutiveDirectors.

AttendarangeofmeetingsforDirectorstakingnotesandreportingbackasnecessary.
EffectivelyuseMicrosofttoolssuchasPowerPointandWordtoensurehighquality,professionaloutputforpresentationsandotherdocumentationforDirectorsandownwork.
MaintaindiaryandplanworkloadsofDirectors,liaisingwithotherSupportManagersandOfficerstoensureproperco-ordinationacrossthedirectorateandtheCouncil.
Setupandmaintainadministrativesystemstoensureeffectiveforwardplanning,recordkeeping,organisationandretrievalofbusiness,includingSharePoint,filingsystems,absenceandleaverecording,andprocessingandinputofinvoices.
ServicemeetingschairedbytheDirectorthroughthepreparationanddispatchofpapers,producingarecordofactionsandensuringappropriatefollow-upaction.
