Change Coordinator

A Change & Training Lead is required for a leading Utilities company to lead the end-to-end training and adoption strategy for a major new system rollout and AI tool integration. This is a hands-on role working across office, finance, field and subcontractor teams, ensuring new technology is understood, adopted and embedded across the business.

As the Change & Training Lead, you will:

The Change & Training Lead will drive the training and adoption strategy, creating role-specific programmes and materials for administrative, finance, field and subcontractor users. As the Change & Training Lead you will build and develop a Training Champion / Super User network to support long-term adoption, while producing simple, engaging guides, videos and bite-sized training for users with varying levels of digital literacy, including mobile app onboarding for field operatives. The Change & Training Lead role will also support the rollout of AI tools such asCopilot and ChatGPT, helping teams use AI safely and effectively in their everyday workflows. Training will be delivered through webinars, classroom sessions, one-to-one coaching and online/mobile resources, with a focus on managing resistance and building user confidence. The Training Lead will also track training completion, adoption and competency metrics, working closely with Operations, Finance, Field Operations and business leaders.

The Change & Training Lead will bring:

• Experience leading IT training, digital adoption or business change programmes, with proven experience delivering end-to-end training within fixed project timelines.
• Strong experience training diverse audiences, including office-based users, non-technical field workers and external users or contractors.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex software processes and create engaging training content.
• Experience with workplace AI tools such as Copilot or ChatGPT, alongside knowledge of change management and adult learning principles. xwzovoh
• Experience with tools such as WalkMe, Whatfix, Microsoft 365 and Teams would be beneficial, while experience in field service, construction, logistics or facilities management would be highly desirable.
